Do I need to live in Malta?
No. Many of our owners live abroad. We handle everything locally and send you a clear report every month.
How do you handle maintenance?
Through trusted local contractors. We fix routine issues directly. Larger jobs always come to you for approval first, with the full cost up front.
Which platforms do you list on?
Mainly Airbnb and Booking.com, with calendars synced so you never get a double booking. We tailor the mix to your property and the guests it suits.
How do I get started?
